🌟 Hey, Zahlen-Profis! 🌟 Hier kommt eure Geheimwaffe, um Zahlen, Jahre und Prozente auf Englisch cool und fehlerfrei zu meistern – ob im Urlaub mit eurer Familien, beim Online-Shopping oder im Geschichtsunterricht!

Dezimalzahlen: Der “Point”-Trick

Stell dir vor, du bestellst in London einen “3.5-pound burger” 🍔. Wie sagst du das? Ganz einfach:

3.5 → “three point five”

0.75 → “zero point seven five” (oder kurz “point seven five”).

Brüche: Pizza-Time! 🍕

Wie teilst du “3/4 of the pizza” mit Freund:innen?

Zähler (normale Zahl) + Nenner (wie Ordnungszahl + -s):

1/3 → one third

2/5 → two fifths (🎉 Keine Angst vor der Aussprache: fifths = „fifs“).

Achtung:

1/2 ist immer one half (nie “one second”! 😉).

Prozente: Shopping-Rabatte checken

65% off im Sale? 🛍️ So geht’s:

65% → sixty-five percent

100% → one hundred percent („Ich bin 100% sure!“).

Fun Fact: % bedeutet immer „percent“ – auch in der Mehrzahl!

Geld: Klingeln die Münzen?

€12.50 für coole Sneakers? So sagst du’s:

€12.50 → Twelve euros fifty oder twelve fifty („Euro“ kann wegfallen).

$7.99 → seven dollars ninety-nine 💸.

Jahreszahlen: Time-Travel gefällig?

1989? 2001? So meisterst du Jahre:

1989 → nineteen eighty-nine

2008 → two thousand eight

2020 → twenty twenty

1900 → nineteen hundred (👵🏛️ Altertümliches Jahr!).

Achtung: 2010 ist twenty ten – nicht “two thousand ten”!
